The SCF Project Score℠ is a summation of weighted variables, defined by SCF. Each project receives a score ranging from 0-100, and its corresponding category, ranking from Weak to Strong.

  • Weak: 0-50
  • Average: 51-74
  • Strong: 75-100

SCF reviews common risk elements associated with C&I solar ownership. The common risk element categories defined by SCF are construction risk, operational risk, project economic risk, transaction risk, and default risk.

SCF uses the SCF Project Score℠ to summarize its diligence process with any project.
